You must be a Team Admin or Billing Admin to cancel the plan.
Cancel your Team plan
- Navigate to Kombai dashboard.
- Go to Manage Plan page.
- Scroll down to the Billing & Invoices section.
- Click Cancel Plan.
- Review the cancellation details in the confirmation modal.
- Click Confirm Cancellation.
Undo a cancelled plan
If your plan was cancelled but is still within the billing period, you can undo the cancellation without making a new payment.- Navigate to Kombai dashboard.
- Go to Manage Plan page.
- Scroll down to the Billing & Invoices section.
- Click Do not cancel Plan.
Downgrade your Team Plan
- Navigate to Kombai dashboard.
- Go to Manage Plan page.
- Click Upgrade Plan button.
- Select a lower credit tier from the dropdown.
- Review the pricing summary notes below the dropdown.
- Click Downgrade button.
- Authorize the payment in Stripe.
Grace period
After cancellation, your plan enters a grace period that lasts until the end of the current billing cycle. During this period, all team features remain fully available. Team members continue to have access, and credits can still be consumed from the shared pool. You can invite new members to the team or buy additional seats. You can also reactivate the plan by clicking on Do not cancel plan in the Billing & Invoices section.What happens after the billing cycle ends
Once the billing cycle expires, the following changes take effect:- All remaining team credits expire.
- All Team Admins, Billing Admins, and Team Members will be moved to a free plan and the team will be dissolved.
- Team Admins and Billing Admins can still access their past billing invoices under Billing & Invoices section in Your Plan page.
